    Major internal remodelling and external refurbishment of Georgian Period buildings to provide 10 no. self-contained flats for affordable rent within the Fitzrovia Conservation Area between Marylebone and Bloomsbury.

    Niblock were appointed to carry out the project on a design and build basis, working closely with English Heritage to preserve existing Listed features.

    External works featured repair and restoration of traditional London clay brick facades, stucco banding, slate mansard roofs and dormers, round arched doors and windows with radial patterned fanlights and period panelling.

    Careful planning and co-ordination of enabling works to provide segregated access for residents in occupation.
