44/45 Considerate Constructors Score!

We are excited to share that we have reached a key milestone in the Oakwood Court Care Home Project in Haywards Heath, with the timber roof structure now in place and preparations underway to complete the roof covering works.

The care home is undergoing a refurbishment and major extension to help Sussex Housing & Care provide much needed additional care for older people in the Sussex area.

We are proud to announce that we achieved a very impressive score of 44/45 during a recent visit from Considerate Constructors Scheme.

This score reflects our commitment to respecting the community we work in, caring for the environment, and fostering a supportive, inclusive, and healthy workplace.

We would like to congratulate Queen on obtaining a First-Class BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying Consultancy from Kingston University after completing a comprehensive three-year program, which focused on various aspects of quantity surveying, including cost management, project management, procurement, and contract administration. The degree coursework has provided a strong foundation for her new role at Niblock, having recently joined the team in the role of Procurement Administrator following completion of a successful two-week work placement earlier this year.

Queen recently attended her graduation to receive her degree certificate, where she had the fantastic opportunity to give the vote of thanks speech during the ceremony!
