We are celebrating the incredible women within the Niblock team for International Women’s Day 2025!
In an industry that is more widely dominated by men, we are exceptionally proud of the women in our team forging careers in construction and changing the landscape of the industry for generations to come.
The Niblock head office team showed up in their denims today for our annual Denim for Dementia event to raise money for the Alzheimer’s Society.
The donations will directly help the Charity with their research into the cause, cure and prevention of Dementia and fund vital support for the families and invididuals affected.
As we celebrate National Careers Week 2025, we take pride in our ongoing commitment to inspire young people to explore careers in the construction industry. We are passionate about promoting the sector, and over the past three months, we have delivered a range of impactful initiatives, including:
· Employability workshops with Construction Youth Trust across several London boroughs, engaging students at schools such as Harris Academy, Mulberry Woodside and Ark Walworth Academy · Mock Interview Days for Year 11 and 12 students · A guest lecture at London South Bank University · A visit to London South East Colleges to discuss our Electrical Apprenticeships with Level 1 students · Participation in multiple career fairs
