It was great to attend the CPD Morning at the British Library last week, with insightful discussions around strategic asset management, regulatory change, and building safety in the social housing sector.

The themes discussed are especially relevant to our current work, as we are actively involved in several HRBs and Gateway applications and are seeing first-hand many of the challenges being explored across the sector.
