We are pleased to have successfully completed Phase 1 of the Saxon Weald Warm Homes Wave 3 Retrofit Project, delivering a comprehensive programme of energy efficiency improvements to 30 homes through the Wave 3 Decarbonisation Fund.
By combining fabric upgrades with low-carbon technologies, the project has helped improve the energy performance of residents’ homes, reduce carbon emissions and create warmer, more comfortable living environments. We look forward to continuing our partnership with Saxon Weald as the programme progresses into Phase 2, delivering further improvements that will benefit residents and support a more sustainable housing stock.
