24-26 Bloomhall Road is a Passivhaus Retrofit project on a terraced property in Lambeth. The retrofit works involve upgrading the building fabric to maximise thermal efficiency.

Structural remedial works included:

  • Mini Piling/Raft Solution

  • Helifix solution installed in order to stabilise superstructure

  • Chimney Breast Removal

  • Temporary works installed to rear elevation and rebuilt of existing masonry

  • Pitched Roof Adaptations

Fabric improvements included:

  • Passive Purple
  • Triple Glazing Windows and Doors
  • EWI
  • Thermal Lightweight Aggregate Slab
  • PV Installation
  • Heat Source and MVHR
