Banstead Fire Station

Design and Build Refurbishment at Banstead Fire Station for Surrey County Council, featuring modular pod installations and fire bay construction.

Our works included:

  • The design and construction of a freestanding Fire Appliance Bay
  • The design and installation of a new concrete base for the building, new ramped access and new service ducts linking the bay to the existing building
  • The refurbishment of the existing building to create the new accommodation required
  • The redecoration of all identified areas and the replacement of floor, wall and ceiling finishes
  • New fire doors
  • Replacement kitchen units
  • A new partition wall to BA servicing area and drying room
  • New shower cubicles within the shower room connected to mains drainage externally
  • Remodelled repair and upgraded services
