Churchfields Primary School
In the summer of 2023, Niblock embarked on a comprehensive safeguarding project at Churchfield’s Primary School in Beckenham, Kent, aimed at fortifying the safety and security of students, staff and visitors.
Niblock set out to achieve the following objectives: to enhance perimeter security, automate access control, strengthen surveillance and improve aesthetic appeal.
Our works included:

Installation of a robust, perimeter fence using high-quality materials resistant to tampering and weathering, strategically placed to ensure complete coverage of the school grounds

Installation of automated gates at the main entry points, equipped with keycard access control systems and a backup power supply system to ensure uninterrupted operation

Enhancement of CCTV system with additional high-resolution cameras with low-light capabilities strategically placed to eliminate blind spots, even in low-light conditions, providing comprehensive coverage of critical areas

Landscaping improvements incorporating elements such as well-maintained greenery and improved pathways, transforming the school grounds into an inviting and secure space
