Social Housing
Hilary House
Hilary House is a large detached Listed Victorian building that had seen many occupants over its lifetime, from use by the East Surrey Water Company (who’s ‘ESWC’ mosaic initials grace the entrance porch) to a Maternity Hospital and more recently to provide bedsit accommodation for a ‘Half-Way House’. Latterly the building had become derelict.
Niblock were tasked with sympathetically converting the building into three x 3no. bedroom houses, retaining the many Listed features.
