Phase One
Melville Court is a 14-storey residential block of flats located within a housing estate in Chatham, Kent, comprising of 52 flats.
Following Kent Fire Brigade issuing a non-compliance notice, Niblock were engaged to carry out works to remove and replace the glazed window screens within the front and rear communal areas on all floors with bespoke designed glazed screens incorporating a new AOV system integrated with a new smoke alarm system.

Social value achievements:

Targets were exceeded for Social Value, including the installation of defibrillator at The Net Community Hub and we delivered employability workshops in local secondary schools.
