Highgate Library
Highgate Library underwent a major refurbishment to provide improved and more accessible library facilities for local residents, including the installation of a new accessible platform lift and new accessible WCs.
Our works included:
- Complete Design & Build
- Refurbishment of Ground and First Floor Facilities, basements WCs and Staff Welfare Area
- Bespoke M&E works in support of new interior layout and fire safety, CCTV, intruder alarms and IT installations, involving development of engineered solution on site
- Supply and installation of bespoke Thorlux Smartscan lighting throughout the building
- Repair / replacement of flat roof coverings
- FRA Upgrade Works, with the installation of new fire doors, electrical upgrades including smoke detection and enhanced fire stopping
