Imberhorne Upper School

The failing flat roof at Imberhorne Upper School, East Grinstead, was resurfaced with a Bauder guaranteed insulated roof system, together with the introduction of increased natural daylight.

Our works included:

  • Critical controlled asbestos removal in some areas to facilitate works.

  • Removal of flat roof coverings.

  • Preparation and priming of the existing timber deck.

  • Installation of 7no. new rooflights.

  • Tapered insulation to provide falls to outlets.

  • Cavity tray installation to roof perimeters.

  • Design and installation of curtain walling to stairwell.

  • Installation of new aluminium windows.

  • New fascia, soffits and gutters.
