Alimar House, Porteus Road, London W2, comprises an eight storey block, containing 26no. occupied flats.

Our works included:

  • Removal of existing windows and balcony doors and the design, manufacture and installation of new uPVC windows and balcony doors
  • Replacement of curtain walling to match existing
  • Concrete repairs and communal redecorations

Our collaborative engagement with residents within the occupied block of flats and ongoing dialogue was crucial to the successful completion of this project.
