Phased major refurbishment programme to provide improved interior layouts and external fabric repairs to 16 properties, with Retrofit works to maximise thermal efficiency.
Phase One
Comprised of external refurbishment of 9 properties:
- Roof cover overhaul and repairs
- Renewal of gutters and rainwater goods
- Brickwork repairs and repointing
- New driveways and patios
- Asbestos removal
Phase Two
Comprised of major internal remodelling and refurbishment to 7 properties:
- Remodelled kitchens and bathrooms
- Removal of chimney breasts and stacks
- Roof frame repairs
- Roof cover overhaul and repairs
- Re-wiring and CCU replacement to 18th Edition
- New flooring
- Joinery replacement
- Complete internal redecoration
- External works, including underground drainage improvements
- Air Source Heat Pump installation for energy efficient heating
- External Wall Insulation (EWI) installation

- Contributed funding to the Surrey SATRO Mentoring Programme
- Volunteered at St Marks Community Church Youth Club

- Organised a drawing competition focused on sustainability with artwork displayed at Easing Cemetery
