Niblock have proudly completed the fast track fit out of the recently built ground floor open space of Nonsuch High School for Girls in Sutton, SM3, which required new classrooms and a sixth form study to expand upon the pre-existing learning facilities within the school. The works have resulted in a bright and modern working space for the students.

Poplar Works has provided collaborative and accessible new workspaces for the fashion economy in East London, regenerating a disused and rundown area. The innovative fashion hub is rooted in the community, providing new job opportunities and supporting sustainable growth.

The SEC 2020 annual conference went ahead virtually yesterday with great success, focusing on the resilience of the construction sector after such a challenging and unpredictable year. Industry leaders spoke in depth both about the difficulties we face and also future opportunities, providing an excellent space for those in our sector to reflect on the last year and find ways to strive forward in 2021.

Having annually attended Optivo’s Charity Supporting Golf Days in the past, with that not being possible this year Niblock Building Contractors are pleased to contribute to Fresh Vision’s Domestic Abuse Counselling Service. 

Thrive is a unique domestic abuse counselling service, that is responsive to the individual needs of all domestic abuse survivors – adults, children and young people.

Experiencing or witnessing domestic abuse often leads to a child being traumatised, requiring specialist intervention.

In refuges and community settings across Kent they provide specialist support by highly trained and experienced Counsellors.

For National Apprenticeship Week 2020, we are celebrating the value and impact that our apprenticeships bring. Last year, Ryan joined Niblock Electrical Services to begin a four-year electrical apprenticeship with one-day release at college. Upon completion he will be a fully qualified NVQ level 3 approved electrician.

We were delighted to attend the official opening today of Poplar Works with John Biggs, Executive Mayor of Tower hamlets and Justine Simmons OBE, Deputy Mayor for Culture and the Creative Industries.
